Delbert "The Iceman" Smith, a legendary figure in Kansas dirt late model racing, has built an impressive career spanning more than five decades. Hailing from Wichita, Kansas, Delbert's passion for racing was ignited by his uncle, Arkie Findley, a respected racer in his own right, and his brother Lonnie.
